URBA-nice-ME - Projects for the city of Nice and around

In 1965 Nice was a city of around 500.000 inhabitants, the double in summer time. It seem necessary to propose a coherent urbanism solution as the city had not one, in order to provoke the dialogue. I proposed mine but no dialogue, urbanism was reserved for the region leaders. Only in the 95's a urbanism forum was created and brings lots of ideas. But, meanwhile, anarchic has come and nowadays creation looks like more "re-plastered" than real urbanism long term project creations.
